I. Product Introduction:
The diaphragm-type bottom mud valve is composed of a valve body, a hydraulic cylinder, a piston, a valve stem, and a valve disc. The hydraulic cylinder is a hydraulic tool that uses liquid as power, and the piston and valve stem act as switches. The valve plate can be opened in just one minute. This valve must be equipped with a manual directional valve or a solenoid valve to remotely control the opening and closing of the mud valve. It features excellent sealing performance, flexible operation, convenient maintenance, and a long service life of over five years. By using a directional valve to change the flow of fluid into the upper or lower chamber of the hydraulic cylinder, the piston is driven to move, which in turn drives the valve plate to rise and fall, enabling the valve to open or close to achieve fluid on-off. The JM742X diaphragm-type bottom mud valve is used in various water tanks of water supply companies or other enterprises to remove sediment inside.

1. The working medium of the hydraulic cylinder is clean water, and the pressure is taken from the water supply pressure itself, so no additional equipment is required.
2. The hydraulic bottom mud valve is matched with a solenoid directional valve, which facilitates automatic control, remote control, or centralized control.
